Tools

Steps

  1. In YouTube Studio → Comments, copy the newest batch (25–50 comments) with usernames.
  2. Create a bot named 'Comment Triage' with the prompt below.
  3. Paste the batch. Handle Flag first (report or hide in Studio), then Reply.
  4. Copy any FAQ items into a running FAQ doc — see the FAQ bank recipe.

Prompt

Sort these YouTube comments into four groups:
REPLY — genuine questions or thoughtful points that deserve my answer (rank by how many viewers would benefit).
FAQ — questions I've likely answered before or should answer in a pinned comment or video.
IGNORE — simple praise, emojis, off-topic.
FLAG — spam, scams (crypto/giveaway/'contact me on WhatsApp'), impersonation of me, harassment.
For each comment show the username and the first 80 characters. Never reply on my behalf.

Replace anything in {BRACES} with your own details. Always review output before you post or send it.
