  1. Copy the transcript WITH timestamps this time.
  2. Create a bot named 'Clip Scout' with the prompt below.
  3. Send it the transcript and the video length.
  4. Open each suggested range in your editor and adjust to clean sentence boundaries.
  5. Optional: compare against an auto-clipper and keep whichever cut is better.

From this timestamped transcript, find 3 to 6 self-contained moments that work as 20–58 second vertical Shorts.
For each give: start time, end time, a 1-line on-screen hook (max 8 words), why it stands alone, and a Shorts title (max 60 characters).
Only pick moments that make sense without the rest of the video. Start and end on full sentences. Rank best first. Do not invent content that is not in the transcript.
