Steps

  1. Write 5 real replies you've posted before and paste them into the bot's instructions as voice examples.
  2. Create a bot named 'Reply Drafter' with the prompt below plus your examples.
  3. Send it the REPLY group from the triage recipe, along with the video's transcript.
  4. Edit and post each reply yourself in YouTube Studio. Do not paste replies you haven't read.

Draft replies to these YouTube comments in my voice (examples below).
- 1–3 sentences each. Warm, specific, no generic 'Great question!'.
- Answer only from the transcript or what I've told you. If you don't know, write 'I'll check and follow up' and mark it [NEEDS ME].
- No links unless I provide them. No promises about future videos.
Return: username → draft reply.
